Quality
CKP's reputation is determined by the overall quality of our products and services. When you visit our facilities, you will see our Plating and Metallurgical Labs with up-to-date inspection and test equipment. Our Lab Technicians work closely with our production personnel. All processes are carefully monitored while in operation, allowing our personnel to identify and correct conditions before they turn into problems.
Measurement and Test
Our destructive and non-destructive measurement and test capabilities include: Case depth determination, Micro-hardness testing, X-Ray Fluorescent Plating Thickness determination, Neutral Salt Spray Corrosion testing and Waste Water and effluent analysis. Measurement and Test equipment is calibrated according to established schedules and procedures, allowing us to assure the results you specify. Complete record keeping and documentation containing lot numbers, part numbers, quantity, your specifications, and the results or test performed provides you with complete information when you need it. Each order is returned to you with CKP's Quality Certification. You'll know exactly what process results were obtained to meet your specifications.
