Electroless Nickel is heavily used for OEM spec work in the oil and gas industries, as well as automotive, aerospace, agricultural, medical, lighting, and telecom industries. It offers several functional advantages such as the uniform thickness of deposits over complex part geometries. It is commonly used in bearings, gears, medical parts, and aerospace components.
Bright Nickel Plating-Due to high levelling properties, bright nickel plating hides polishing lines and other imperfections of the surface of a material, which makes it an appealing option. It produces a bright mirror like finish due to its elevated sulfur content and is also has good conductivity. However, it is not as corrosion resistant as other types of nickel plating.
Our Electroless Nickel is RoHS compliant line of high and mid phosphorous electroless nickel plating processes and ELV compliant processes to meet any application or needs. Our processes are characterized by their uniform thickness and hardness. ELV compliant mid-phosphorous electroless nickel plating process. Does not contain lead or cadmium. Meets ASTM -B-733 and AMS2404 C specifications. High phosphorous electroless nickel plating process that meets ASTM-B-733 and AMS2404 C specifications. Passes the nitric acid test and provides excellent stability and corrosion resistance. Produces a phosphorous nickel alloy containing 10.5% – 12% phosphorous.
